SERCAP has combined a variety of federal and state funding sources, including USDA’s Intermediary Relending Program, to develop a Small Business Loan Product that is flexible, affordable, and meets clients wherever they are on their entrepreneurial journey.

In October 2023, Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation (KHIC) was awarded a $50,000 grant from Appalachian Community Capital to further support the SOAR ((Shaping Our Appalachian Region) Small Farm Loan Fund.
