This area includes 423 counties comprising all of West Virginia, and portions of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
National members focus on similar communities impacted by coal and power plant closures and underserved rural communities across the United States.
